It is sad that this policy is in place, but if you forget about your appointment or cancel without giving enough notice, we will not have a chance to fill that time, and clients on our waiting list will not have a chance to obtain services.
Please make sure to give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This enables additional clients to schedule an appointment for this time period. A 50% cancellation fee of the booked service(s) will be charged for any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
No-show appointments will incur a fee equal to the entire cost of the planned service(s).
In order to prevent scheduling conflicts for the following customer, treatments may be cut short for late arrivals. We will need to reschedule your appointment to another day if you are more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to complete the booked treatment(s) in that time. In this case, you will be charged for the entire cost of the scheduled service(s).
Appointments made within the 24-hour period, may not be cancelled. Cancelling will result in a cancellation fee of the full amount of the reserved service(s).
We are aware that mishaps, illnesses, and/or emergencies can arise. We shall make every effort to gracefully accommodate these uncommon occasions. Please be aware that we do record these instances in order to stop policy misuse.
We are aware that this may seem harsh, but our intention is to be proactive in order to safeguard and accommodate the valuable time of our team and clients. In order to best serve everyone, this policy gives us the time to notify our standby clients of any availability and to maintain a full schedule.
