Absolutely, please ask! We will always try to accommodate your wishes, although we do recommend that you book your treatments in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Providing outstanding service is the core of our business. Because spa services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty.
Do you accommodate late arrivals?
We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, you will be billed for the entire session. However; as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Absolutely! Salon treatments are the perfect gift. Purchase gift voucher by phone call, WhatsApp message, or feel free to stop by the salon to purchase it in person. We encourage recipients to use vouchers within one year of purchase.
How do I choose the right treatments and products?
We offer complimentary consultations, and can make recommendations to fit your wants and needs. Whether you are looking for a skin care product line to use at home, or have specific needs for a salon treatment, we are always available to answer your questions.
What can I expect from my therapist during my salon treatment?
Your therapist will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences, and can make recommendations if appropriate. She will let you know what to expect, and will find out if you have any special needs or concerns.
